The health event is funded by HSBC Distrcit Community Programme and aimed to ease body pain by delivering the information and knowledge of healthy diet and encouraging to  develop the habit of doing exercise regually.   The event included nutrient talk, Chinese medicine talk and exercise classes.  More than 200 particiapnts joined the event and gained knowledge on how to build up a healthy lifestyle.
