Chinese Medicine Health Talk

With the disruptive effects of COVID-19, i.e. social distancing current dominating our daily lives, it is important that we are mindful and sensitive to the unique mental health needs. The project will provide stress management program including Chinese medicine health talk, emotional health workshop and physical exercise training to take care of the emotional side of the people under the COVID-19 impact.
The Chinese Medicine Practitioner shared the tea therapy, Tai Chi, soup and food that good for emotional health by the Chinese medicine view. Aim to calm down the depression mood under COVID-19 impact by applying suitable strategy to reconcile emotion, balancing body and mind to a peaceful condition. The health talk is well received and around 30 participants including the Zoom online to join the health talk.
